Do I need a visa for Japan?
For Polish citizens, a passport is usually enough for tourist stays of up to 90 days (no visa required). The rules can change - Paweł confirms the current requirements (e.g. any entry registrations) before you travel.
How many days do I need for a first trip?
A minimum of 7, comfortably 10–14. Anything shorter means Tokyo and the surrounding area only.
How much does a trip to Japan cost?
It depends on length, standard and season - roughly 8,000-20,000 PLN per person for 1-2 weeks (flight + stays + transport + food). The planning fee is separate. The Packages page has a calculator that estimates a range for your days and standard, and Paweł prepares a real budget for you.
When is the best time to visit Japan?
The most popular seasons are spring (cherry blossoms, late March-April) and autumn (red maples, October-November) - beautiful but crowded and pricier. May and late November are a great balance of weather, price and crowds. See the month-by-month breakdown on the „When to go" page.
Can I organise a trip to Japan independently?

Will English get me by in Japan?
In big cities and at tourist attractions - well enough. Beyond them it can get tricky, which is why a package with Paweł's support and live translation is so helpful.
Payments - card or cash?
More and more places accept cards and mobile payments, but cash is still needed at times (small eateries, temples). Paweł will advise how much cash to bring.
Is the JR Pass worth it for me?
It depends on your route. If you're travelling a lot by Shinkansen, often yes; if you're mostly staying in one city, rarely. Paweł works it out individually.
Internet while you're there?
A SIM/eSIM card or pocket Wi-Fi. In the premium package it's arranged in advance.
Is Japan safe?
It's one of the safest countries in the world. The main risks are natural forces (typhoons, earthquakes) - Paweł monitors them and advises you.
What about earthquakes and typhoons?
They happen, and Japan is exceptionally well prepared. Paweł factors the typhoon season into the plan and provides support on the ground.
How does payment for the service and for the trip itself work?
Separately: a fee for Paweł's work plus the trip costs (flights/hotels/transport) within your budget. Everything is itemised transparently.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes - the details depend on the form of settlement.
